PROPOSITION: SOME PEOPLE THINK THAT MEN AND WOMEN HAVE DIFFERENT QUALITIES. THEREFORE, SOME CERTAIN JOBS ARE SUITABLE FOR MEN AND SOME JOBS ARE SUITABLE FOR WOMEN.
PROMPT: To what extent do you agree or disagree?
The rise of feminism in the 18th century empowered women to work equally with men. There are people who believe that both gender have distinct characteristics from each other in which there are certain jobs that cannot be performed by the other. This essay will discuss the difference and capabilities of both genders in performing certain work.
To begin with, it is believed that men are undoubtedly better adapted genetically to performing physical tasks hence jobs that require strenuous effort are best suited for men. For instance, most blue collar jobs and military require physical exertion that made it hard for women to work. Nevertheless, there are women nowadays that are already equally strong as men and sometimes even surpasses the ability of some. In line with this, there are number of women who are now joining the military and can perform equally like men. Hence, the idea that men are stronger is then refuted.
Furthermore, some people think that women are kind, loving and caring by nature hence more capable in taking care of people. For this reason, it can be observed that jobs in the health care department are occupied mostly by women. It is evident that most nurses and caregivers are women. However, physicians nowadays are dominated by men in which working hand-in-hand with women is better in achieving better outcome. Notwithstanding circumstances, both genders have equal capability in providing health for people.
In my opinion, gender preference must be disregarded as a standard in employment. In todays modern world, both men and women need a job to sustain ones need thus gender equality should be observed. In conclusion, men and women may be different in some aspects. However, as long as one is capable of doing the job, that person is then qualified to have the job.

A number of notable grammar problems could be detected here. Fortunately, the writer still managed to keep the number of errors in check. All these errors did not additionally interfere in the delivery of meaning.
This argument approach is a variant of the Refute style called the ‘double-tap” with the term ‘tap’ defined as the act of killing an opposing opinion as soon as this opposing opinion is injected in the line of argumentation. This style was performed twice in the body paragraphs, which then explains the term ‘double-tap.’
